Unveiling the truth

Journey into the Authenticity and Quality of Food through Mass Spectrometry Workshop

Panepistimiopolis Zografou, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens

Food Authenticity Workshop

Join us in Athens for a 2 – day workshop to discover the latest advancements in ensuring food authenticity, combating adulteration, and guaranteeing food safety.

Focusing on mass spectrometry – based solutions, the purpose of this scientific workshop is to explore the topic of food authenticity and adulteration, with a focus on specific food commodities such as extra virgin olive oil, honey, wine, meat and dairy products.

This event will bring together industry experts, researchers, and professionals to explore innovative approaches in maintaining the integrity of our food supply.

Our Goal

Through presentations, panel discussions, and case studies, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to ensure the authenticity of the most important food commodities.

A poster session, a visit to the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry, and a dinner will provide opportunities for attendees to network and interact with other experts in the field.

This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your knowledge, exchange experiences, and embrace the potential of mass spectrometry-based workflows/solutions for food authenticity, adulteration, and safety.
